I outfitted him with a pair of my Puma High Top Racing Sneakers. except this time he wanted to do it in the straight jacket. He was in a spandex hood. Once he was suspended, I added the motorcycle helmet then secured his legs for some more fun and teasing. 

Dave hung out up here for about an hour and was enjoying his time in suspension. It was time for him to be released. After we took a quick break, It was now time for me to get suspended again. This time wearing Levis and my LL Bean Duck boots, I was placed in the straight jacket and situated on the ladder, where I was suspended. With all the light blocked out, this was quite the head trip. Dave decided that once I was released from the suspension, I would not be released from the straight jacket, as he liked having me tied up. THE AMBULANCE

 In this 1990 comedy, Josh, a comic book artist, played by actor Eric Roberts, meets this Girl Cheryl.After a quick flirtation, she suddenly collapses. He runs into a construction site that has been dug out. The boss, who is driving the ambulance drives into the dug out construction site only to crash the ambulance, and the ambulance catches fire, thus killing the boss and totaling the ambulance.

The best part of this scene is seeing Josh strapped to the gurney. Throughout the entire movie, Josh is wearing a pair of high top Adidas Boxing boots.
